He's active enough in DD2 Server, @NEVER FAIL he was away for some reasons but he's back, whatever he's active in server/forum he reported like 2-3 cheaters for me and as i know he knows how to catch cheaters..
So #Vouch just report some cheaters now you still have the chance before Staffs/SMs take the decision.

-Know if u are experinced in catching hackers or not? In This thing u all wont be better than me.. "neever never" and when i say this belive me i have been playing cs for more than 9 years and in this 9 years i used hax and saw hackers and knew everything about cs...

From what i saw in steam chat and what happened here, You don't want to report cheaters too.
So i'm sorry to say this but your application has been Denied.
You may re-apply after 2 weeks from now, after you get some reports too.
